Shipping and Delivery

We deliver your favourite wall art in Ireland directly to your home. If you live in another European country, simply place your order via our international shop posterlounge.com.

All of our wall art prints and frames are made individually for you – the estimated delivery time is always displayed in your shopping basket.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are 5,95 €. For orders over 79 € we cover the delivery costs for you.

The exact costs depend on the product and format and will be displayed in your basket before you place your order.

Shipping methods

Depending on the size of your order, we will ship it with a parcel service or a freight carrier. Almost every parcel comes with a tracking number, which you will of course receive by e-mail so you can keep track of your delivery at any time.

Delivery by freight carrier

Products that are particularly large are delivered by truck ‘to the kerbside’. This means the driver will leave your order in front of your house and not carry it to your flat door.

To allow the freight carrier to arrange a delivery date with you, please provide a telephone number during the ordering process.

Note

Please make sure your name is clearly visible on your letterbox or doorbell. If you are not at home during the day, it is best to enter an alternative delivery address – for example, your workplace.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel arrives damaged, report the damage directly to the courier and inform us. That way we can take care of a solution straight away.
